Default How does more that one person edit an excel file on s drive

If s: is a network drive and it has file myexcel.xls on it originally
Only one person (alone) should open it, and go (on the menu) to Tools,
Share_Workbook... and click the single option on the Editing tab; then
OK out.

If you need real-time collaboration abilities, I would suggest either using a
real database or else trying out google spreadsheets.
