Default How can make a macro to run evey one hour-automatically

Is there a way that I can run a macro in a spreadsheet on every one hour or
so (automatically and while Excel is opened) but without making Excel to be
tied-up with a FOR NEXT Loop and I think this would be a bad practice... is
there a way??

Thank you in advance
