Default Do you have an Excel template that looks like a 4-columnar pad?

I like to use 4-columnar pads in my accounting practice. I would like it if
I had a template in Excel that looked the same, with the heading at the top,
the shaded columns, the vertical lines, etc. and rather than design a
template myself I thought maybe somebody had already done so. I'm using
Excel in Microsoft Professional 2003.
