Is it possible to decide the cell reference for the hyperlink depending upon
the value present in the cell? |

I think you do it with HYPERLINK(....) formula.

Yes. For example you can use VLOOKUP() to select a hyperlink from a table of

I don't know what you want to do (today's date). Why you want to use
