I think you do it with HYPERLINK(....) formula.

Yes. For example you can use VLOOKUP() to select a hyperlink from a table of
hyperlinks based on a cell's value.

I don't know what you want to do (today's date). Why you want to use
Hyperlink? Maybe you can use HLOOKUP / VLOOKUP for your work.
