Default MSExcel cannot be opened on Citrix

Excel cannot be accessed via some of he thin clients on the network at
certain times.we r using ICA client version 8.2.Plz advice how to get over
this issue??

Hi Sujith this is more likely to be a citrix problem than an Excel one, you
would probably get a better response in a citrix forum/newsgroup try:

http://support.citrix.com/

If you are using more than one citrix server it could be that you are only
having this problem sometimes as excel is not correctly installed/enabled on
one of your servers and it is happening when your user is being logged on to
that particular server?
