have in very light grey in the background to say customer copy with
printing over it. Is it possible?

He might also check the options in the print dialog box or page setup
(properties or advanced button).

I recall I used to be able to do this easily w/the network printer at work
for some of my spreadsheets, but it's been a while. I think the network
security people disabled or hid some of the tabs that had the watermark
options.
