Default Watermark on excel page

He might also check the options in the print dialog box or page setup
(properties or advanced button).

I recall I used to be able to do this easily w/the network printer at work
for some of my spreadsheets, but it's been a while. I think the network
security people disabled or hid some of the tabs that had the watermark
options.
