Default searchable database for scanned image

I've created a simple database that links search parameters to an OLE object.
What I want to do is create a simple form that would allow me to search for
a keyword and it would narrow down the options available by search criteria.
Out of that list i would then like to just click on the correct choice and
have it automatically pull up the attached document for printing,
emailing...etc.

anyone know how this can be easily done?
