Default How do I remove empty Rows

I have a small but annoying issue with some of my worksheets. I have copied
and pasted large volumes of data from one worksheet to another and removed
data in rows that I don't need. I am now left with a worksheet that has a
tiny vertical scroll bar indicating that the sheet has 60,000+ rows. Is it
possible to reset this scroll bar as it appears to vastly increase the file
size?
