Goto Save as Tools (upper right side)General Optionsand a Save Options window will pop up. Fill it in and don't forget the password!!! Ok out and resave the document. Now it will need the password to open. Mike Rogers "Kim" wrote: How can I save a workbook so that the only way to open it is with a password. It is on a share drive and I only want certain managers viewing the information. Thanks! |
