Default change font color for watermark on excel

All..

I set the watermark using view-header and footer function.

Also I used text format watermark not picture.

When I used text watermark, I found that font color change is not there.

So, Once I set text watermark, It always revealed dark colored font.

I would like to change watermark color.

How can I do this ?

You must be using Excel 2007.

There is no watermark function under ViewHeader and Footer in earlier versions.

FormatSheetBackground is the norm with earlier versions.

For a printed watermark see Bob Phillips's site.

Wordart is quite handy........font size, type and color can be designated.
