Default images with a hyperlink, data may have been lost

when I open a file with my EXCEL 2000, which containes "images
with a hyperlink", I get the message "file error : data may have been lost".
I click OK, the file opens, all cells are as they should have been,
but all images with hyperlinks are lost.
The same file, a couple of weeks ago, could open with no problems.
Now just it cannot.
In the meantime, I upgraded my Internet Explorer from 6 to 7.
Can this have caused the trouble ?

On another PC at home, the file opens OK. On this PC the I.E is 6

some help ?
