Default Auto fill in

ToolsOptionsEdit

Enable Autocomplete for Cell Values.

Check or uncheck. Whatever you want.

Default Auto fill in

Presuming you want to disable it ..
Click Tools Options Edit tab
Uncheck "Enable AutoComplete for cell values" OK
