Default Text Boxes

When I export from my database program into Excel it puts all my information
in text boxes. How can I remove the text box and put my information into the
Excel cells?

i'm not sure, but try exporting into Word first. Word's more "text-friendly"
than Excel. From there you can cut and paste the text right into Excel.
