I'm running into a problem when saving an Excel file in DBF 4 or 3 format.
Field data is being truncated when I do the save as to the DBF format. It seems to be only the longest fields in a column. I have a field with lengths from 80 to 40 characters and the fields from 72 up to 80 are truncated by 9 characters. I have the field expanded to accommodate the widest records when I save the file. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this? Your help will be appreciated Dan |
