Add second pivot against the same database to minimize file size?
When you go through the pivot table dialog box, select the option to base
your second pivot table off your first pivot table. This way, the source data table is used only once for both pivot tables. My experience, by the way, is that unless you have a huge data table (thousands of rows) running two pivot tables off separate instances of the same data table does not really affect the file size/memory demands much.
