Default Link a Cell to Information on a Web page

Hello,

I'm trying to build a live model that includes a couple of cells
representing currency rates limked to the internet so they can be updated
live as the market moves.

I've tried using the hyperlink option but the source web page has no
bookmarks and the information on the web page is in HTML format not .xls. The
site is www.fxcentre.com.

Would appreciate some urgent assitance on how this can be done.

Thanks

Bashar
