Default Deleted spreadsheet

I saved a spreadsheet under a different name but now can't find the original
spreadsheet. It's there by name, but it's saved as new spreadsheet and is
blank. Is there a way to get my data back?

No. It's not there. I now have two spreadsheets with the same information
but with different names. I need the information from the first one back.
Is ther a way to restore it?
