Default Macro for Not Allowing to Save without first completing fields

I have created a spreadsheet (more like a template) that will be filled out
by employees in our company. I want the user to be unable to save the
spreadsheet if certain cells have been left blank. Years ago, I created a
macro in VBE, that would not allow the user to save the workbook if the cell
was left blank, and brought up a pop up telling then why they couldn't save.
Any help with the macro would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You
