Default Locked view

For some reason Ive accidentally pressed a series of buttons and it wont
let me scroll down when looking at the whole sheet, but if I filter or go to
another sheet it will. I'm not sure whether I have just locked certain cells
on the screen or whether the view is locked somehow as I can scroll across
but not down.

Did that but doesn't seem to work! And it seems to have saved it in that way
as well so I can't get out of it.

Already checked that as well. it's a bit of a nightmare to be honest coz I've
tried almost everything!

??
<tools <protection<unprotect sheet
??

a possible workaround is to copy all; put on a new sheet and delete the
current sheet. Not a good option if there are a lot of interacting formulas;
but
