I have a spread sheet with names and emails. Is there a way to send an email
to all the email addresses at once without having to select each email
address one at a time?

There are several tools he
http://www.rondebruin.nl/mail/add-in.htm
but basically get a piece of code that works for one, and loop through all
of the addresses.
