Default Copy worksheet to another computer when source password prot

Linda
Are you putting the file on the laptop, or are you using it in the laptop
but still on the CD. You cannot make any changes to the file if it is still
on the CD.
Copy the file to the HDD of the laptop, uncheck the read only, and it should
work.

I'm trying to copy a workbook to CD from office computer to laptop but can
only get read-only file on laptop. I've unchecked "read-only" box in
properties. I think it has something to do with office computer being
password protected and I need to allow laptop access but can't figure out how.
