Default Automated Page Breaks In Pivot Table

In Microsoft Access Reports, you can ask the report not to break groups of a
field over a page. Can the same be done with Pivot Tabels in Excel? The only
option it gives me is to add a page break after each change in group name of
a field.

Pivot tables don't have a similar option that you can use to keep items
in a group together.
