Default Path and Number of files in a folder. - Pass to Macro.

My OS is MS XP.
Using Excel 2000

I am using XLM GetValue to extract data from Excel Files. I need the path
and file name to the files. Problem is the file names and number of files
change each month. I need to pass the Path and file names to GetValue
without knowing B/4 hand the name or number of files. The files all reside
in one folder.

Thanks in advanced.
