Default Excel Headers and Footers Printing out

Hello!
Does anybody know is that possible?

To print out a document in Excel 2003, where header is only on the first
page and footer is only on the last page? The pages in the middle of document
must be printed without the header and footer?

Thanks forward for suggestions!

Peter
