Default Copy&paste cells w/o affecting borders

XL2003
I am trying to create a template that another user will be entering
information. The other user likes to copy and paste information from one
cell to another a lot. When she does this the borders copy with it and no
longer line up (double lines against solid, etc). Is there a way I can allow
her to copy and paste data from one cell to another without affecting the
borders? I assume there is an option somewhere with a box that needs
checked! LOL

Thanks.

Paste Special is what you need. Choose to paste just formulae or values (or
a few other options)

Great. That is exactly what I am looking for. Is there any way to make "All
except Borders" the default paste? I'm sure she won't remember to do Paste
Special everytime.

Thanks again.
