Default how do i delete grid lines from one column

I'm terrible at Excel and I am using the format of a worksheet that I have
from someone else. is there a way I can delete the gridlines from one row
instead of the entire worksheet? it's the last column and i want to be able
to use it as a 'comments" section. Please help!!! thank you!

hi,
I don't think you can delete them but you can hide them.
High lite the grid lines you want to hide. then...
FormatcellsBordersstyle=thincolor=white(or whatever your background
color is)

Another approach is to set the background colour of the cells to white.

And yet another way is to turn off the grid in Tools Options.
Then highlight the range of cells you want to display with a grid appearance
and border them.
