Default Excel 2002; how to reduce the size of the save dialogue window?

When opening 'save' or 'save as' the dialogue box fills the whole screen. I
would like to reduce it to it's more normal size. This only happens in
Excell not in other Office programs. Thanks

If it's full screen, then double click on the title bar to make it a window.

If it's a window (not full screen), then you can grab it by the edge or corner
and resize it the way you like.
