Default HOW TO MULTIPLY 2 CELLS THAT CONTAIN FORMULAS

I am trying to multiply 2 cells in another cell each of the cells already
contain formulas, the number I am getting is off by about $10. how can I get
the correct number?

Nothing wrong with what you are doing. Maybe you should publish the
formulas in the two cells, and the result you are getting. Also, give
us information on the formatting. I've seen people format a cell as a
Percent, and then purposely type in the wrong values just to make it
look right.

It sounds as though the displayed numbers are not the same as the number in
the cells with the formulas. Without the equations and examples of what you
are seeing, it is hord to tell you exacly what is happening.

Increasing signifiant figures in the original cells or using additional
rounding to calculate only what is displayed could allow a common answer, but
