Default Inserting row/Column

I am attempting to insert a row in my worksheet and I am having an error
message pop up that I am not understanding why.
I am going to Insert then Row and an error message is poping up telling me
to go the the last blank by using Ctrl-End.
Is there a way to correct to where I can insert a row or column with out the
pop-up headache?

Thans in advance,

The message tells you you cannot shift cells off the sheet.

You obviously have something in a cell at bottom of sheet.

e.g. in A65536 or similar.

If you hit CTRL + End you will be taken to that cell with something in it.

See Debra Dalgleish's site for more info and instruction on how to clear unused
rows and columns.
