I have a workbook that has 8 worksheets which when print previewed or printed
represents 25 pages. I have footers with the code of pageX of XX pages. This works fine as long as all of the worksheet tabs are selected when previewed or printed. However when just part of the tabs are selected when previewed or printed, the page number & number of pages changes to the number of pages within the worksheet tab range selected. Short of manually assigning page numbers to the page via direct cell input, is there a way to have Excel assign a page number to a page that represents its position in the entire workbook regardless of how many tabs are selected during print preview or printing? Thanks for any help. -- Dewayne |
