Unprotect Hyperlink (pasted Link has blocked:: in it)
In Excel 2003, when I paste a hyperlink in a cell from another source such as
Outlook, the link shows up as blocked::http://.... Excel notifies me that it is trying to protect me when I click the link and if I say ok to proceed, it passes the whole string "blocked::http://...." to the browser, which of course means the URL is invalid because it starts with blocked::. Can I override this behavior or turn off the protection for pasted HTML links becuase it is very problematic for others to have to remove the blocked:: portion of the link in the browser. Thanks for any help. |
