Default Sorting automatically by columns

I have a sheet listing a lot of music albums. About 450 album titles
with 15 columns of data about each album. Below that "table" are some
summary statistics such as average album length and number of tracks.

What I'd like to be able to do is choose any of the 15 columns and sort
thereon (without disturbing the summary statistics below). I realize I
can select the "table" cells and then go through the Data | Sort...
dialog, but I am hoping there's a way to speed up the process, maybe a
one-click deal. Is there a way?

Thanks for any ideas you have.

Insert a blank row between the table and the summary data.

How does that help me sort with one or two clicks on the table data?

The summary area will not be included in the selected data.

Yes, but what does that have to do with speeding up the sorting?
