Default How do I unlock an excel dpcument that was e-mailed to me?

I want to "unlock" an excel document that was e-mailed to me so that I can
type in it. I can't edit it in any way, and I've tried to save it as other
files.
Any suggestions?

You don't say what unlock means.
If protected, ask the sender.

If you got the file as an email attachment, save the attachment to the
harddisk and open in excel. Or, click on it to open and then save from the
temp file to your desired folder.
