Default Excel file locked for editing by 'my name' ! How do I unlock?

I want to copy a file to CD. Machine won't do it because of error. "Facility
Schedule-Staff visits 1-8-05.xls is locked for editing by Margie (that's me)
.. Open read only or click 'Notify to open read-only and receive notification
when the document is no longer in use." How do I give myself to unlock?
Microsoft Professional 2003, Excel.

And you don't think you're in the file in excel?

This FAQ at Debra Dalgleish's may help:
