Default cannot open exsisting file

Its saying cannot access (file name) maybe read only or encrypted it is
neither.
Can anyone help me or did I lose it ?

When file gets corrupted we get such kind of message

Try downloading openoffice www.openoffice.com
try opening with that software, it may try to recover the data, but may lose
the formatting
