I'm using XL2003. Two PTs are side by side in the same worksheet with a
blank column between them. I want to calculate the difference between two cells containing data in the two PTs located in the same row. The calculation is being performed in the blank cell, but same row, between the two PTs. When I enter = then click one PT cell, then press "-" (minus), it fills with "Get PivotTable Data...", with a long string of reference data that covers up the other PT cell making it impossible to click on it. I did not have this problem with XL2000. |

There are instructions here for adding the Generate GetPivotData button
