I am trying to calculate hours (sick) by hours (regular) to give me a
percentage of sick time. My table is set up like this Last/First HOURS YEAR 2005 2006 Employee Sick hrs 10 21 Regular Hrs 1000 400 Should the years be in the row and the hours in the columns? Where do I put my cursor when I want to calculate? Calculate a field or an item? Any help is appreciated! Kathy |
