Default How can I get 0000 in Every Column N every Excel file by default?

Excel automatically truncates 00000 whenever I put 000001. I went to format
and formatted the cells. It works. But I open a new excel file...it does
again truncate 0000 from 00001.

I want to display 00001 in each and every Column. I want by default, for
evey excel file I create.
