Is it possible to add another item on an existing drop-down list?
If yes, please give me some information on how to do it. Thank you! |

First you must find the source of your list. It's usually somewhere in the
same spreadsheet that contains the drop-down combo. Then, the easy way is to insert a cell anywhere between the first and the last cells of that list, or to *cut* the last cell and paste it one or more cells down. OR, you may edit the reference of the source for your list. Drop-down cells may be combo-boxes or only a data validation. Try to discover what type it is, and then edit its properties (if a combo-box) or the validation source. Regards "Kumiko17" escreveu na mensagem ... use a defined name for the list and just add to it or just add to the list
