attaching Excel spreadsheet
A customer is trying to send his excel spreadsheet as an attachment, but the
spereadsheet opens blank. It also displays errors of missing files. What is the problem behind this?? |

Hi Kimmi,
One cause of this is that the file has been saved as a .htm and not excel (even though the file extension is .xls) Ask your customer to open the file, save as and ensure .xls is selected.
