Default attaching Excel spreadsheet

A customer is trying to send his excel spreadsheet as an attachment, but the
spereadsheet opens blank. It also displays errors of missing files. What is
the problem behind this??

Hi Kimmi,

One cause of this is that the file has been saved as a .htm and not excel
(even though the file extension is .xls)

Ask your customer to open the file, save as and ensure .xls is selected.

This is normally caused by downloading reports from web based systems.
