Default Selling & Protecting An Excel Spreadsheet

Hi guys,

I have created a fairly complex excel spreadsheet to the point that I am
wanting to sell it to the public. I understand that this is allowed but of
course, the customer will have to have excel.

The spreadsheet I have created has no macros and is purely all formula
based. However, I have seen - purchased even - excel spreadsheet programs
before. These programs are executable programs that are installed onto the
computer much like any other program but all they are are excel spreadsheets.

Also, they seem to have a higher level of security features. I know how to
protect cells, worksheets and workbooks.

What I want to be able to do is to sell my spreadsheet so that it is a self
executable program and is also as protected as I can get it. Ultimately, I
would like it so that it can't be copied from one computer to the next.

Is this possible? How do I make the spreadsheet self executing? How do I
make the spreadsheet more protected then it already is?

I understand that it is difficult to protect excel spreadsheets in the
manner that i am wanting it to, but any info would be great.
