I dont no what it would be called so I cant find it
I want the top few rows and the left side colum to stay put when scrolling the sheet how is this done. |

It is called "Freeze Panes". Everything to the left and above the selected cell will stay in place when you scroll. So select the appropriate cell goto windowFreeze Panes, and wallaaa you have what you want.
