Default save excel as data only to a new workbook using VB

I wonder if anyone can help.

I have a workbook with VB proect, date picker objects etc. I need to be able
to create a copy of the work book when it is finally closed as complete. The
copy that it creates needs to be protected and only contain the data ie no
formulas VB etc.

Be grateful if anyone can help

Thanks
