Default Cross Referencing

Can anybody help me get started?

Column A2:A156 contain numbers which is cross referenced on the
worksheet with columns B,C,D,E,F,G labelled 1 - 4, 5 - 10, 11 - 20, 21 -
31, 32 - 62, 63 - 99, 100+. The intersection of the two values contain
the output.

e.g cell A31 has the value 210, when cross referenced with B31 gives an
output of 60.

The numbers have no relationship mathematically, but are an output from
a Neural Network.

Could inputting the two values in cells give me an output in another cell?

What is the best way to approach to speed up the process in order to
avoid scrolling and my eyes!
