Default updating linked cells after inserting a row

Is there a way to automatically update linked cells if you insert a row into
the source worksheet? I have a main worksheet and a second sheet that has
various links to the main sheet, but if I insert a row in the main sheet I
have to manually copy and paste the new row as a link in the second sheet. I
am trying to find a way to automatically do this. Any ideas??
