We have two web sites: one test version that is not secure (http:) and one
production version that is secure (https:).

I can do an Excel web query on the test site, but the live site the error:
"Unable to open https... Cannot download the information you requested".

We have some folks very anxious to use this newly discovered tool and I
would like to know if there is some way to make it work when accessing the
secured version.
