ALL OPTIONS ARE GREYED OUT
I CAN OPEN THE FILES BUT WHEN THEY ARE OPEN I CANNOT EDIT ANYTHING. ALL
TOOLBARS ARE GREYED OUT. THIS OCCURS ON ALL MY FILES. |

Stop yelling.

Did you fail to activate either Excel, or the Office suite.
