Default deleting a macro completely

I followed all the "rules" to deleting a macro. Every time I open up the
worksheet, I still get the macro update message. No matter what I respond, I
always get the message back. Can anyone help me get rid of this? Thanks.

Deleting the macro is just not good enough.

Make sure that you also delete the module that used to contain the macro.
